“Lisa is a blend of a symptathetic ear, coach, researcher, and virtual assistant for all things eldercare related. She can help you to figure out and implement support options. Lisa, versus many other Eldercare Resource managers, focuses on the caregiver needs.”
“Lisa has taken a huge load off my family’s shoulders by dealing with all the paperwork, phone calls, follow up, etc. that goes with filing claims with our extended care insurance company (and getting them to actually pay). Shi is patient but persistent and gets the job done.”
